Rather than purchasing expensive store bought wines, the Cork ‘N’ Cap U-Brew offers an affordable, one of a kind experience.  Customers come in and choose a wine kit from our top quality suppliers including RJ Spagnols and Vineco.  Then leave the rest to us! We will carefully complete all steps of the wine making process and let you know when your wine is ready to be bottle, usually within 6 weeks, with no hassle, stress or mess for the customer.

Customers can then schedule an appointment that is convenient for them to “bottle” the experience. We have high quality equipment and expert staff to help you create completely customized wines.

We also offer a selection of beer kits and stock a variety of accessories including corkscrews, wine racks, wine glasses, bottle trees and more. The Cork N' Cap Ubrew is pleased to offer its customers the ability to age their wine in oak barrels.

We now have small barrels (23 litres) where we are able to add the oak flavors to your choice of red wine. This is done quickly due to the relatively little amount of wine in direct    contact with the larger amount of surface area inside the barrel walls. Oak barrels also introduce oxygen into the wine at a very slow rate. The oxygen is an integral component to the aging of wine. The 2 week period in the barrel (after the initial 6 - 8 week process) is said to be equivalent to a one year aging period in a glass carboy. Enjoy your wine with the people you love.
